Ways to Give

To contribute a gift of any size to the Peak House Heritage Center, you may give online or by mail. We are a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our tax ID number is 83-3415516.

Matching Gifts

Many companies will match gifts to non-profit organizations. Gifts to the Heritage Center through a matching gift program will double your support. Please tell us about your connection or enclose a matching gift form with your contribution.

Gifts in Kind

The Heritage Center appreciates in-kind gifts of goods or services of any size. Please email us to discuss your gift.

Tribute Gifts

Each gift in honor or in memory of an individual is a way to celebrate that person’s passion for the Peak House Heritage Center, Medfield history, early architecture, colonial kitchen gardens, and more.

Gifts in honor: If you wish to make a gift to honor someone special, for a birthday, anniversary or any other occasion, your gift will be acknowledged in a card informing that person of your generosity to the Heritage Center.

Gifts in memory: If you wish to make a gift in memory of someone, a card will be sent to the designated relative or friend acknowledging your thoughtful tribute.
